RFQ privacy notice
Hyperwave FPV is operated for B2B inquiries by 电目科技有限公司, located in Wenchang, Hainan Province, China. This notice explains how that company controls and handles business inquiry data.
For inquiry access, correction, or deletion requests, email 2290901833@qq.com.
Optional analytics
With your permission, we use session storage and first-party analytics to understand page visits, source campaigns and inquiry steps. No advertising pixels are used. You can request a quote and contact us without analytics. We use necessary local storage only to remember this choice. This is separate from RFQ processing and marketing permission.
What is collected
The RFQ form collects company and contact details, destination, requested products, quantities, timing, lawful civilian end use, and any optional notes you provide. With your analytics permission, basic source parameters may be recorded so inquiry quality can be measured.
First-touch source and session-level interaction records
Only after you allow optional analytics, the site uses session storage to retain random session identifiers, the current landing path, referring hostname, and any supplied utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content values. The service may record page views, product views, document downloads, contact-button use, assistant opening and RFQ milestones against those random identifiers so inquiry paths can be improved. After a successful submission, the public RFQ reference may be stored with the random session identifier only to link that path to the saved inquiry. Interaction events and that session link receive a 90-day deletion deadline and are removed during subsequent retention maintenance. This feature does not set an advertising cookie, store form content in interaction events, store contact details in interaction events, or retain the full referring URL or referring search query. Rejecting or withdrawing permission stops collection and removes optional analytics and attribution from this browser. It does not delete an inquiry or records already received by the service. You can change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer at any time.
Short-lived abuse-prevention data
To protect public forms, the service temporarily processes the network address supplied by the hosting edge and stores only a secret-keyed, daily rotating hash in short rate-limit buckets. Raw network addresses are not stored in the RFQ database, and expired buckets are deleted after their limiting window.
Sales assistant questions
When you use the on-page sales assistant, your question is sent to the service and matched only against verified public knowledge-base answers. No generative model is used, and the question is not written to the RFQ database. The application does not intentionally log the question text, although hosting and security providers may process the request metadata needed to operate and protect the service. Do not enter confidential, personal, or sensitive information; use the RFQ form only for details needed to request a quotation.
Why it is used
The information is used to qualify the business inquiry, review specifications, prepare and discuss a quotation, prevent abuse, and maintain a factual sales history. The legal basis is taking steps requested before a possible B2B contract and the operator’s legitimate interests in answering genuine inquiries and protecting the service. It is not used to create a public buyer profile.
Marketing is optional
Permission to reply to an RFQ is separate from marketing permission. Product updates are optional and turned off unless you select them.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive inquiries are scheduled for anonymization after 24 months unless a shorter period is legally required or a longer period is needed for an active commercial relationship. Confirmed orders may follow a separate legal and accounting retention period.
Sharing, international transfers, and safeguards
Inquiry details are available only to authorized sales or review personnel and infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. Those providers may process data outside the buyer’s country, including outside the EEA. Where applicable law requires it, an appropriate transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards will be used. Sensitive form content is excluded from application logs. Data is not sold.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability; object to processing or optional marketing; withdraw marketing consent at any time; or ask what information is held by replying to a business message and including the RFQ reference. EU and EEA individuals may also complain to their local data protection supervisory authority.
